NVA SUMMER CAMP 2025 (Updated February 23, 2025)
NVA Summer Camp will re-open for registration on Tuesday, February 25th.
We will send an email out to families once they system is up & open.
WEEK 1 - JUNE 9-13 (CLOSED) - reach out to us to us for availability by grade level
WEEK 2 - JUNE 16-20 (CLOSED) - reach out to us to us for availability by grade level
WEEK 3 - JUNE 23-JUNE 27 (open)
WEEK 4 - JUNE 30- JULY 3 (open)
WEEK 5 - JULY 7 - JULY 11 (open)
WEEK 6 - JULY 14 - JULY 18 (open)
WEEK 7 - JULY 21 - JULY 25 (open)
WEEK 8 - JULY 28 - AUGUST 1 (open)
We are currently revising our 2025 Parent Handbook. We typically don't have too many changes year-to-yeaR. If you would like a "general" idea of how each day runs, you may reference the link AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS PAGE to view last year's 2024 handbook. most of last year's information will remain the same for 2025

Cancellation Policy
If you signed up for our New Year's Sale January 1- 7 ... those weeks are NON-REFUNDABLE.
You may switch to different weeks later if your summer plans change - BUT you can NOT cancel
Families signing up for camp February - July fall under our normal cancelation policy which is:

Registrants withdrawing 3 WEEKS (or earlier) prior to the start of the camp weeks they are signed up for will receive a 100% refund minus a $50 processing fee.

Registrants withdrawing 2 WEEKS (or earlier) prior to the start of the camp weeks they are signed up for will receive a 50% refund.

There are no refunds once a camp week begins.

All participant withdrawals must be received during regular business hours via email or written letter.

Note: Partial refunds MAY be available if there is a child on a wait list that we can fill the spot with. Email the NVA office for details. All drops MUST be made via written request by either FAX or by MAIL
