NVA Refund Policy 1) If a child drops anytime prior to the start date, a FULL refund will be issued 2) If a child drops within the first week of a program start date, the program fee minus a $100 administrative/processing fee will be issued) If a child drops anytime AFTER the first week of a program start date, NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED Note: Partial refunds MAY be available after the first week if there is a child on a wait list that we can fill the spot with. Call the NVA office for details. All drops MUST be made via written request by either FAX or by MAIL
